Tania N. Shah is a native of Irvine, California, where she spent most of her formative years. Tania earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and her undergraduate degrees from University of California, Berkeley. Tania is the founder of LawTutors, LLC and a partner in the firm Shah Law, LLC, where she practices business law. In addition to teaching with LawTutors, Tania is an adjunct professor at the Univeristy of Massachusetts School of Law. In addition, Tania is the author of the popular Aspen Book Series “What Not To Write” and teaches for Emanuel Bar Review.
